Absolutely. All sessions are fully confidential and protected by professional ethics and privacy regulations. Your privacy and discretion are paramount, especially given the sensitive nature of executive roles.
Virtual therapy happens through a secure video platform. You join from a private space, we meet at your scheduled time, and sessions are fully confidential. Most clients find it just as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of flexibility.
Every client is different. Some see meaningful progress in 6-10 sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll assess your goals together and build a plan that fits your schedule and needs.
I help with burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, work-life balance, relationship strain, family conflict, emotional regulation, and the unique challenges that come with high-performance roles.

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my sessions are covered by most extended health insurance plans that include RSWs. I provide receipts for reimbursement. Check with your provider to confirm coverage.
The first few sessions are about getting to know you, your story, and your goals. We’ll build rapport and start identifying what’s driving your stress or burnout. Sessions are tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
